Wellness Monday: Matcha and Meditation: Matcha is a hot tea drink that’s all the rage in the wellness world, and it pairs perfectly with meditation. With our daily routines changing instantly within the past few weeks, our stress levels may now be higher than what they were before. Meditation can reduce stress and bring inner peace. Some ideas for meditation include; Breathing deeply, walking and meditating, engaging in prayer, and reading and reflecting. Try one or all of these meditation methods for a relief of stress.
