North Carolina State University and NC Cooperative Extension in cooperation with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services will offer classes from January through March to accommodate individuals wishing to obtain certification to use Engenia, FeXapan, and XtendiMax on auxin tolerant crops. Since these products are now classified as Restricted Use, only licensed applicators may purchase or use these products and all making application of these products must attend an auxin-specific training in 2018. Pesticide credits for N, O, D & X will apply. Note that no training is scheduled beyond March 12, 2108.
Certificates of attendance of this training will be required to purchase the products. This certificate will be provided to those registered by the starting time of each class. As such, early arrival is strongly encouraged to ensure prompt registration.
Additional training sites, dates and location provided should this March date be inconvenient is found HERE
