We will discuss what type of plants to select to bring a pop of color to your landscape. Whether you have shade or full sun there are plants that can be used to add color to the yard during the spring and summer.

We will discuss some of the plants to select and how to plant and care for them to get the most out of them. Learn why putting pansies in a pot with petunias or impatiens in a pot with celosia may not be the best idea. If you don't have a yard to plant in, but want to add some color to your landscape we will talk about adding some flowers in containers to brighten up the patio or front steps.

We will also talk about proper watering, how much, when, and how often. Fertilizer needs of flowering plants is another big topic of concern, so we'll discuss how much and how often to fertilize. Some people may be new to the area, so we'll also touch briefly on where is a good place to purchase annuals and perennials for the garden.

It's been a long winter and it's time to think about adding some color to the landscape. Let's talk about how to make your landscape pop with color.
