Register your family for our upcoming Empowering Youth and Families Program (EYFP) run through NC State Extension and 4-H. Topics in the 10-week virtual course are centered on improving family relationships, communication skills, substance abuse prevention and decision-making relating to safe choices. Children must be enrolled in grades 6-8, and the family can’t be in crisis (referred to the program because of legal issues or a CPS referral). A free meal is provided each week for families. For information, contact Lee Stiles, EYFP Program Assistant, lastiles@ncsu.edu or (252)342-8490.
