"Plant It Forward" as summer vegetables are ripe for the picking, help your community by bringing your extra produce on Saturdays to the Old Beaufort Farmers' Market. Look for Lerzan's Embell stand to drop off and share the fruits of your garden. Part of the Carteret Food and Health Council, The Food Waste and Recovery Program will make sure your donation reaches Carteret food pantries.
