It’s time to get those cool season vegetable seeds in the ground. Some of the seeds are quite small and can be difficult to work with. In another video of Extension Gardener on the Crystal Coast, Shawn Banks, shows a creative solution making seed mats that will make spacing seeds easier to manage and get in the ground. With only a few common household supplies, measurements, and a short amount of time, making a seed mat will give you control of the tiniest seeds and help maximize the ground area needed for a well-planned harvest.
