Coleman was recognized for multiple achievements during the 2023 North Carolina Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals Annual Conference on September 8th, 2023.

She received an award for the best Social Media Package or Campaign. Carteret County 4-H has used social media to reach youth and their families.
